Trumpmerica Sucked: 2019
This is the year MAGA seems to romanticize the most, because “things were so much cheaper”. It was also the year America saw more mass shootings than days.
In 2019, the U.S. saw a record number of mass shootings, the gruesome murder of a Washington Post reporter by one of the dictators Trump admires, Trump’s former fixer testifying before Congress, and a “perfect phone call” where Trump blackmailed the newly elected Ukrainian President.
Mass shooting in Virginia Beach. I was personally affected when 12 people were killed in my home town of Virginia Beach. I guess if you live in this country long enough, you can’t escape coming from somewhere that eventually experiences a mass shooting. Sadly, a member of my family lost a friend in the Virginia Tech shooting of 2007.
