Funny. I have an article I hadn't finished yet about how we're still embroiled in a civil war. I don't get why so many people can't see it. It's also important to understand who's profitting from this ongoing war--fomenting xenophobia and racism to keep us divided so they can exploit all of us. There's that famous LBJ quote about making the lowest white man convinced he's better than the highest black man to pick his pocket..but it goes beyond that. Making people afraid of ANYONE who's different has been a successful way to keep the elites' boot squarely on all of our heads.
